Sunflower project

We started sunflowers from seed inside a few weeks ago and now have transplanted them outside. He loves helping outside with the yard and flowers. We're guessing his career path at this point with either be in horticulture, a lion researcher, or a politician. Stay tuned.

Sure, people swoon over the pics of Brad Pitt parenting all his tots, but I think Noah is a cuter caretaker any day of the week.

belly update, May Day parade

36 weeks...taken about 10 days ago.

Noah had the best seats in the house for the Heart of the Beast May Day puppet parade. It's a great earthy, hippie event with larger than life puppets and lots of music and dancers all with social justice themes. We now play 'parade' on a regular basis at our house. Noah, of course, is always the parade leader. This entails getting on his blue rain boots and marching around banging sticks together and me following him. I am usually directed to sing, lately it's been Old MacDonald. If he wasn't so adorable I wouldn't be nearly as agreeable to the orders I'm given on a daily basis.

Visit from Uncle Dan

Dan came down for a night and was the entertainer extrodinaire as far as Noah was concerned.
